Mt Vernon Insert- Davis
Even though Gary and Sandra Davis tell me how much they love their Mt Vernon pellet insert, from this picture I think Sadie is the biggest fan.

Twenty pound bird marinated in a brine solution 24 hrs. Smoked on hickory chips at 225 degree for about 5 hours. Cooked to internal of 165. and it was AWESOME!!!
